Back in April Kent and I made a list of all the things we hope to accomplish this summer on the house. We are making our way through it nicely. Our deck railing is coming along nicely, it still isn't to the "After" stage so there aren't any pictures of it yet. This weekend we got more top soil to start putting in some bushes along the back of the house, got gravel to finish the park strip we never got around to finishing last summer, weed wacked and mowed the lawn and replaced this light on our deck.....

A great improvement if I do say so myself. Kent gets all the credit on this one. He did all of the work of taking down the old one and wiring up the new one. He is also the one who let our a steady string of curse words when he noticed something wrong.
There was a decorating piece that went around the box that we didn't notice until I took the after picture and compared it to the before.
