I've been double tagged!

KimberLeigh tagged me on Friday and before I had a chance to post Andrea tagged me again. So here it goes.

The rules of the game are posted as follows:
A. Each player answers the questions about themselves.
B. At the end of the post, the player then tags 5 people and posts their names, then goes to their blogs and leaves them a comment, letting them know that they have been tagged and asking them to read your blog.

10 years ago: Geez I can't remember, I was working in the Admissions Office and still following Kent around.

5 things on my to-do list today: I had a much better answer for this when I first started posting this on Friday. I should have done it then because today's list is much shorter. I have to go to Lee's and get diet coke because I am completely out. Then I will go home make dinner, hopefully get some exercise, watch a little TV and then go to bed. Is that 5 things?

Things I would do if I were suddenly made a a billionaire: Oh the places I would go! I would quit my job in an instant (sorry Angie) and I would pay off the house and buy a second one on the Oregon Coast. Then I would take flying lessons and buy my own plane to fly to my house on the Oregon Coast. I would also buy my parents a new house. Then I would start to travel. I would make sure that I hit all of the continents. I could seriously go on and on about this! Maybe I would do something nice like give some to Primary Children's or something too.

3 of my bad habits: 1. Obsessively clean my house to the point of annoyance 2. Eat too much 3. Drink too much Diet Coke, I'm an addict and I admit it.

5 places I have lived: 1. Coalville, UT 2. Orangeville, UT 3. Garland, UT 4. Logan, UT 5. Nibley, UT

5 Jobs I have had: 1. Office Assistant at the UCC 2. Admissions Officer at USU 3. Secretary in the Math Dept. 4. Asst. to the President at IA 5. HR Manager at IA

Things most people don't know about me: I talk too much, my parent's always used to get complaints from school that I talk too much. One reason I can't think of anything to write here is because I talk too much and everyone knows everything. I can not keep a secret to save my life! So if you tell me a secret you can almost guarantee that I will tell at least one person (sorry, usually it's just Kent and he is a very good secret keeper). I secretly want to be Martha Stewart without the tax evasion problems. I am a huge Madonna fan but I try to keep it low key.

I tag : No One! Let the madness end here!

Enough Already!

Please excuse my earlier post when I was so foolishly excited at the first snow of the season. At this point I have had enough. Then last week Mother Nature played me the fool by actually making it rain and melting the 5 or so inches that was in our yard. Aaaahh a heat wave in January! Then she promptly turned around and dumped this:

Then the weatherman tells me the next little impulse to pass by will leave a "skiff" of snow. Tell me "weatherman" does this look like a skiff to you?

I don't think we are going to get to use our poor little grill until sometime late July! Poor Kent has shoveled tons of snow. After one storm he got to shovle it twice because the wind kicked up and blew it back all over the side walk. We thought it would be so nice to live on the corner lot because there would not be a neighbor on that side. We did not think of having to shovel the walk. Now I turn on the forecast at it tells me there is no real storm in sight but I have single digit temperatures to look forward to. I love Utah.

Christmas and New Year

We had a great Christmas here at the Campbell house. I actually managed to get all of the way to Christmas without telling Kent what I got him for Christmas. I suprised him with a Wii. I thought he might have an idea that I had gotten it for him but he was truly surprised. I also got him the Big Loader Construction Set and he figured that out before he opened it. How he did that I will never know. I got Guitar Hero and I am completely addicted! I also got some beautiful roses and lots of other good stuff. We traveled to Kent's parents then to mine and Kent seems to have survived in spite of it.

For New Year's we had a small party here with Jon, Jen, Bretton, KimberLeigh and Rob. It was a lot of fun, we played on the Wii and played a new game Jon and Jen gave us. It was called What's Yours Like, it was pretty funny. Especially when Rob gives the clue that one of his hangs lower than the other. It was fun to have everyone over. We all need to get together more often.

Now it's on to boring winter. I am not a fan of the cold weather and it begs the question of why I live in Cache Valley if I hate winter so much. I guess this is a good time to get back to scanning in pictures and going on a diet. Maybe this year I can actually stick to my New Year's resolution and take off pounds instead of putting them on. How come it takes like a month to lose 5 pounds but I can put them on in one weekend? It just doesn't seem fair.
