A Cry for Help!

Sorry I haven't posted in awhile, it's just winter and not a whole lot is going on. Since it seems to snow every other day, I've had a lot of time to spend trapped inside the house, and I have grown increasing tired of the bare walls in my bedroom. I still haven't hung a single thing up in that room except for blinds (how did those people live in that house for over a year without blinds?). I am getting really desperate for ideas. My problem is the three windows on the east wall. I just don't know what to do with them. I don't know if I should make one big curtain to go all the way across or blinds/curtains for each invidual window. Last summer I made the butt ugliest curtains to put in there just to keep the heat out but I need something that I can open up and let the sunlight in. I've found I have a very hard time getting moving in the morning without the sunlight. Plus the room seriously needs to be repainted. Kent can't really see any urgency in it so nothing is getting done about it. I need a theme or something! Anything to get me motivated to actually decorate that dang room. So if any of you have any great design ideas you would like to share I am more than open to suggestions! I can post pictures later if anyone needs some inspiration.
