Congratulations to Erin who got married on New Years Eve! Muriel and I got to be bridesmaids and found out that's a lot of work.
To anyone looking for a place to get married may I recommend to you that you do NOT rent the Opera House at the American West Heritage Center. When we got there the place was filthy! So we got to work cleaning. Muriel's boys were ring bearers and I got into trouble for trying to talk the little one into doing something goofy as he walked down the aisle so we could get on America's Funniest Home Videos. Hey, they pay out a grand prize of $100,000! Totally worth it! She was so nervous I had to keep telling her put her hands to her side because I was afraid she was going to rub them together so hard that she would wear a hole through one of them. Luckily she had a bouquet to hold during the ceremony. Muriel and I were the last to leave the reception hall so it was a long day but worth it to be there for our friend's special day.
The outlets didn't work in the women's restrooms.
